The staff at the reception spoke multiple languages and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. They provided us with practical advice on exploring the area, making us feel like we had our own personal tour guides.

Dust was a minor issue.

The rooms at Joytel Hotel Shinsekai Sakaisujidori are super cozy with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a flat-screen TV. They even provide free toiletries and a kettle for your convenience. I felt right at home!

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the city view from some of the rooms. But hey, that's just me!

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to trains and attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

Convenient location near popular tourist spots and transportation. Spacious room with storage for luggage. Decent-sized showers. Laundry facilities and in-room chromecast. Good size fridge and safe. No outside noise. Comfy beds. Good price for the service offered.

The venue has excellent and marvellous setting in Minami district adjacent to a seat at the entrance of the restaurant, old market street where there is a plenty of local restaurants, and Kansai airport.

We had to reschedule our dates due to an airline change, and Joytel Hotel Shinsekai Sakaisujidori was the only hotel that didn't charge us a fee or cause any issues in changing. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near trains and attractions, and the modern, clean room with comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. Despite a personal preference for softer mattresses, we still had a good night's sleep.

The hotel was fairly clean and superior, exactly what we were looking for.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it was just a few minutes' walk from the nearest station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area and even catch the train to Kansai airport. Additionally, the hotel is situated right next to an old market street that is filled with charming local restaurants. The vibrant atmosphere was a delight to experience.

We stayed in a hotel located in the vibrant and busy area. It was only a few steps away from the old market street that featured lots of classic eat-out spots. We had no trouble with transportation because it was near to the metro and train stations and we could easily go to Kansai airport. There was a convenience store nearby, and they provided free drinks in the common area.

The cleanliness was not satisfying enough for us.

I keep coming back because it's perfect for me. The staff found my lost ring once, unforgettable! It has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and laundry. Plus a flat-screen TV, elevator, electric kettle. No pets or smoking. Can't wait to return for New Year!
